For All My Illusions Need Ending is an introspective album that discusses the trials of self doubt and self-affirmation that come with being an artist. The album is reflective of "the artists' dilemma": Trying to find balance between creating something they can be proud of, while seeking the external validation of others; All while dealing with the hurdles and predatory nature of the music industry and media. In the album, SYOP questions his intentions of trying to make it in such an environment. For many have tried and failed, and even those who succeed trade monetary gain for a sacrifice in identity, privacy, and a "normal life". Yet still, SYOP dissatisfied with his current lifestyle, juggles the pros and cons of pursuing his true passion.
